Use the official ADO booking flow and search the route as México TAPO to Xalapa CAXA. TAPO is the Mexico City terminal, and CAXA is the main ADO terminal in Xalapa. If you see a result that only says Xalapa or mixes the names, choose the listing that explicitly ends in Xalapa CAXA. In the app, enter origin and destination, pick your date, tap Search, choose your trip and seat, and continue to payment. Open the ADO website, or use the México TAPO - Xalapa CAXA route page directly. If available, Platino and GL lines both have restrooms onboard.
As a general rule, no - visitors should plan on drinking purified or bottled water rather than tap water unless a specific place clearly tells you otherwise.
No, but trips can be made for emergencies. There is also a store next to Abracadabra where you can pick up additional snacks, medications, and toiletries before we leave for the event.
Not for most of the retreat. We drive right up next to the cabins, and the jungle suspensions are right next to the cabins as well. The zipline suspensions do require a 15-20 minute low-to-medium intensity hike to a neighboring village.
